Dreaming to go to Thailand but you’re out of budget? Wait no more, cause I’ve found the perfect alternative for you. Have you heard the popular floating restaurant in Laguna or Tarlac? If not, then this is the right time for you! Are you excited? 🙂 Let’s start!
How to get there?
From Cubao/LRT Taft Buendia
- Ride any bus heading to Sta. Cruz, Laguna
- Tell the driver to drop you off to Calauan-Isdaan
- Bus fare is P106 only
We went there last Nov. 30 (Holiday). We arrived at 11 am and were surprised by the amount of people waiting to go inside the place. So if you’re planning to go here in the future, please make sure that you left your house early so that you will not line up and wait for hours.
Isdaan Floating Restaurant in Calauan,Laguna is not your typical restaurant that serves meal, but also a tourist aattraction in Laguna due to its impressive structures. As you enter the place, you will instantly feel the Thailand like ambiance.
The whole place is instagrammable so ready your phones and powerbanks for a day of photoshoot here especially when you’re with your friends. More photos? Okay!
There are also performances in the center stage but unfortunately I didn’t took a picture of it. There were acrobats that time though.
(Ranges from P500-1000.00 good for 2-3 persons already) The food taste good although its pricey.
There’s no entrance fee. Just dine in at their floating restaurant and you have a whole day access to the place.
BOAT RIDING IS FREE!
Just give them a tip of P20/person. Just be careful with the water cause it’s too deep.
